Kia launches ‘Exchange Your Car’ online evaluation service

Kia has launched the “Exchange Your Car” service, where customers can self-evaluate the exchange value online. This will enable customers to make an informed decision while exchanging their car.

To avail of this service, customers must visit the “Exchange Your Car” under the “Buy” section on Kia’s website. There customers will be required to enter basic details such as the make, model, variant, manufacturing year and kilometres driven. With this launch, Kia India seeks to bring transparency and simplicity to the car-switching process.

Commenting on the module, Mr. Myung-sik Sohn – Chief Sales Officer, Kia India, Said, “At Kia India, customer experience is at the heart of everything we do. Our new feature simplifies the car exchange process, enhancing convenience and strengthening our connection with customers. This innovation not only expands our market reach but also builds trusted relationships with potential buyers. We’re committed to continually improving our services, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for all and giving you confidence in our future.”

In other news, Kia India recently introduced new GTX variants for the Sonet and Seltos SUVs. Their X-Line variants now also being offered with the Aurora Black colour scheme. Click here for more details.
