Kawasaki's Electric bike EV Endeavour teased with a series of clips

What do the Kawasaki EV Endeavour clips show?

One should not underestimate these teaser clips despite their under inspiring length because they have pretty much offered to you the USP of their all-new project.

The clips show a few design elements shared with the other Kawasaki siblings including Ninja 400 and Z650. The overall design language seems to be inspired by Ninja 400 and the 1000SX. The fact that really grabbed all the attention was the 4-speed transmission. You heard it right. The Endeavour is an electric motorcycle (EV) with a manual transmission.

Going by the assumptions it may be the first one as well. Now, this helps to strengthen the Kawasaki claim on various front. The biggest technical detail being the ability to churn out higher torque output with a smaller and lighter engine, which just translates to numerous benefits like a better design, better handling, improved manoeuvrability, the list just goes on.

Talking about the speculations, the EV Endeavour is thought to house a 19kW motor that's roughly around 26 bhp power. There is currently no official word from Kawasaki regarding the dates and numbers. For now, this is just a teased project Kawasaki is working on.

Author's take

As I have already mentioned, it brings me immense excitement and joy to see nuances and progress in the Electric segment. With all the major countries in the world pledging to turn their traffic to wholly electric by 2030, the innovations for the coming years will really decide and influence the growth of companies for time to come.

The hope of the world of non-polluting traffic, thus heavily depends on these companies. This step from Kawasaki definitely helps for the cause. It is a leap in the desired direction. What I expect from the future is innovations like these to be made cost-effective so that it can reach masses.

Kawasaki has recently posted a series of 20-second clips which teases their pass to the electric bandwagon, the all-new endeavour. And this offering has really been the talk of the town, due to some special reasons which we are subsequently going to discuss. There is no denying the fact that electric vehicles excite us all a lot because they are the nearest viable 'future'.
