Kawasaki has announced the launch of Ninja ZX-6R in India on January 1, 2024. For those who aren’t aware, it stands as one of the best-selling Ninja ZX supersport motorcycles globally. The brand even gave us a sneak peek at the bike during this year’s India Bike Week.

It also gets four riding modes: Rain, Road, Sport, and Custom. All can be controlled through its 4.3-inch TFT instrument cluster, which also supports Bluetooth-based smartphone connectivity functions.
The other notable features of the Ninja ZX-6R include
- An LED lighting system
- Sporty windshield
- Traction control system
- Assist & slipper clutch
- Quick Shifter
- ABS (Antilock Braking System)
- 41mm inverted fork (SFF-BP) with rebound & compression damping and spring preload adjustability
- Adjustable gas-charged shock absorber
- Dual semi-floating 310mm discs (F) and single 220mm petal discs (R)
Anticipate Kawasaki India to price the new Ninja ZX-6R at approximately Rs 12.50 lakh (ex-showroom). Once launched, it will go up against the likes of the Honda CBR650R.
