Hyundai Venue N Line To Launch Soon; Variant Details Out

After introducing the facelifted Venue, Hyundai is now gearing up to launch the sportier N-Line version of the sub-4m SUV in the Indian market. According to a recent media report, the Hyundai Venue N-Line will be available in two variants: N6 and N8, and will be powered by 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder, T-GDi turbocharged petrol engine that belts out 120PS and 172Nm. It will come mated to the 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission (DCT) only. It is unlikely to get the option of a 6-speed iMT (clutchless manual) as its standard turbocharged model.

What else? Well, similar to the Hyundai i20 N-Line, the Venue will also recieve sportier magnifications inside and out in order to set it apart from the regular model. That said, it is expected to get aggressively styled front & rear bumpers with plenty of red accents, red brake calipers, new alloy wheels, and twin exhaust tips. Inside, it could feature an all-black cabin with red color highlights & stitching, N-specific upholstery & steering, and metal-finished pedals.

Hyundai is also likely to retune its steering and suspensions for sportier driving dynamics. Besides, the bassy exhaust note will be icing on the cake.

Expect Hyundai Venue N-Line to retain all the features of its standard model’s range-topping turbocharged variant.

While the Korean carmaker is yet to share its launch details, we anticipate it to rock the Indian streets by August 2022. Expect it to command a premium of around Rs 50,000 over its regular turbocharged trims.
