Hyundai Creta N Line vs Creta 2024 – Differences Explained

Hyundai has just launched the Creta N Line, the sportier iteration of the 2024 Creta facelift, with the 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine as the regular model. However, it packs some cosmetic sports changes inside and out and a few minor tweaks to enhance the overall driving experience. Here, we dive deeper into the disparities between the Creta N Line and its standard counterpart and determine the ideal fit for different types of buyers.

Like other Hyundai N Line models, the Creta N Line also follows a similar styling approach, featuring a redesigned grille with N-Line badging, larger alloy wheels with red brake callipers, red accent all around, slightly bigger roof integrated rear spoiler, dual-tip exhaust and N Line-specific paint options.

  • The Creta N Line’s cabin experience differs from the standard Creta due to the all-black theme, featuring red inserts on the dashboard and upholstery. On the other hand, the regular Creta flaunts a white shade with black piano inserts for a plush feel.
  • These red accents extend to the N Line-specific gear knob and steering wheel, complementing the sporty leather seats. The vehicle also features red ambient lighting and metal-finished pedals.
  • Regarding features, the N-Line version receives a dual-dashcam setup over the regular model. Besides, both the models are identically equipped, with key elements including auto LED headlamps, twin-connected displays, wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto, wireless charger, connected car tech with remote control functionality, dual-zone AC, ventilated front seats, powered driver’s seat, panoramic sunroof, BOSE sound system, six airbags, ESC, hill assist, traction control, multi-driving modes, TPMS, 360-degree camera and ADAS suite, including adaptive cruise control.

Engine Options

The N-Line only has the 1.5-litre petrol engine, which makes 160PS and 253Nm, making it the segment’s most powerful offering. While this engine can also be had with standard Creta; however, the option of manual gearbox with this engine is exclusive with the N-Line model. On the other hand, the regular Creta only gets the DCT gearbox option with this turbocharged motor. The regular Creta can also be had with a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engine.
