Honda Activa Premium Edition Goes On Sale At Rs 75,400

After tons of teasers, Honda has finally launched the Activa Premium Edition in India at Rs 75,400 (ex-showroom), bearing a premium of Rs 1,000 over the regular model’s DLX variant.

Compared to its standard model, the new Premium Edition of the Honda Activa 6G scooter gets tons of visual enhancement which sweetens its overall appearance.

Apart from these above-mentioned add-ons, the Premium Edition remains unchanged. That said, it also gets the same 109.5cc air-cooled, fuel-injected engine that produces 7.79PS and 8.84Nm. Features and underpinnings of the scooter also remain the same.

Author’s Take

The Honda Activa 6G Premium can be a good option for those who want their scooter to look different from the masses. However, considering its direct rivalry with the TVS Jupiter, Honda should have packed the Premium Edition with alloy wheels, a front disc brake, and a digital/semi-digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity.
