Hero To Launch New Maestro Xoom 110 Tomorrow

  • Will have a few distinctive styling traits to stand apart from the ongoing Maestro Edge.
  • Features on board will include LED lighting system, digital instrument with Bluetooth connectivity and navigation assist.
  • Likely to get the same 110cc engine as the Maestro Edge.

Hero Motocorp’s next big launch will be the Maestro Xoom 110, which is going to make its market debut tomorrow. It will be a more sportier and feature-packed offering of the Maestro Edge 110.

Going by the recently leaked ICAT certification document, the upcoming Hero Maestro Xoom 110 will be offered in three variants – LX, VX and ZX. It will also be 38mm longer and 16mm wider than the Maestro Edge.

Design-wise, the upcoming scooter will flaunt sporty styling with sharp cuts & creases, complemented by an apron-mounted LED headlight with X-shaped LED daytime running lamp (DRL). The tail lamp will be also embellished with X-shaped graphic. Furthermore, the scooter is expected to be equppied with lots of modern-day features, such as cornering lamps, a digital rider’s display with Bluetooth connectivity support, turn-by-turn navigation assist, call/SMS alert and much more.

At the heart of the Maestro Xoom will be the same 110.9cc engine as the Maestro Edge 110 that delivers 8.15PS and 8.75Nm. It could also gets the brand’s trademarked i3S idle start-stop technology for maximum fuel economy.

We expect Hero MotoCorp to price the Maestro Xoom from around Rs 75,000 (ex-showroom), placing it against the Honda Dio, Activa H-Smart and TVS Jupiter ZX SmartXonnect variant.
