Check Out The First Clear Image Of The Upcoming TVS Ronin

TVS Motor Company has a broad range of products in its portfolio ranging from a moped to a sportbike, and now the brand is all set to launch a neo-retro-styled scrambler bike on 6th July 2022 that will be called TVS Ronin. Images of this upcoming TVS bike have leaked online and it looks quite different from the ZeppelinĀ R concept it was expected to be based on.

TVS Ronin – What do the leaked images reveal?

As can be seen from the images, the upcoming TVS Ronin features a circular headlamp with an integrated T-shaped LED daytime running lamp (DRL). Its dual-tone painted teardrop-shaped fuel tank appears to be large suggesting it could hold over 14 liters of fuel. There’s also a single-pod instrument console, golden USD forks, a flat seat, blacked-out powertrain & exhaust pipe, and a raised handlebar offering an upright riding position. It rides on smart-looking multi-spoke dual-tone alloy wheels and features disc brakes at both ends.

Since TVS is known for its features packed offerings, we expect the instrumentation cluster of the upcoming bike to be a fully digital unit with smartphone connectivity support. It could also get features like dual-channel ABS, multiple riding modes, an all-LED lighting system, and TVS’ Glide Through Traffic (GTT) technology.

For those who aren’t aware, the TVS Zeppelin R cruiser concept was equipped with a 220cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled motor, paired with a mild-hybrid and belt drive system. It also featured Smart Bio-Key and an HD action camera. However, the upcoming TVS Ronin is unlikely to get any of these things and will probably be offered with a new 223cc, oil-cooled engine, which will be mated to a 5-speed gearbox.

Expect more details about the upcoming bike to be revealed ahead of its launch.
