The Chinese EV giant BYD (Build Your Dreams) has delivered over 700 units of the Atto 3 electric SUV in India in over two months since its deliveries commenced in January 2023. It is currently priced from Rs 33.99 lakh to Rs 34.49 lakh (ex-showroom pan India).
The BYD Atto 3 is based on the brand’s Dragon Face 3.0 design language.
Available across BYD’s 24 outlets across the nation, the Atto 3 is offered in a single trim, priced at Rs 33.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
The BYD Atto 3 also gets a special edition model that comes in a Forest Green exterior paint scheme and it is limited to just 1,200 units. It carries a premium of Rs 50,000 over the regular model.
The SUV features a 60.48kWh Ultra-safe Blade Battery, paired with a front-axle mounted electric motor producing 204PS and 310Nm.
It has an ARAI-claimed range of 521 km.
It is also compatible with DC fast charging of up to 80kW, allowing it to juice up from 0 to 80 per cent in just 50 minutes.
BYD claims that the Atto 3 can complete the century sprint in just 7.3 seconds.
