Audi RS Q8 Performance Launched In India At Rs 2.49 Crore

Audi India has finally launched the facelifted RS Q8 Performance SUV in India, with prices starting from Rs 2.49 crore (ex-showroom). It comes with subtle styling changes and a mighty 4-litre twin-turbo V8 engine.

The facelifted RS Q8 Performance boasts Audi’s a host of visual changes. Starting with the front, it gets an RS-specific honeycomb grille with a blacked-out finish, flanked by new black-finished LED matrix headlamps which get laser technology for enhanced visibility. The DRLs also feature five customisable signature light patterns. The other notable design highlights of the SUV include larger air intakes, a sculpted bumper, an aerodynamically enhanced splitter 23-inch blacked-out alloy wheels with red callipers, blacked-out side mirrors, customisable OLED connecting tail lamps, a black rear diffuser with twin-tip exhaust. The optional carbon fibre package enhances the sporty appeal by swapping exterior trim elements with lightweight carbon fibre.

Inside, the upgraded RS Q8 features a black-themed cabin with red accents, emphasizing its sporty character. The seats and steering wheel are wrapped in leather, while the gear selector lever, centre armrest, and door panels are finished in microfiber for a premium touch.

In terms of drivetrain, the 2025 Audi RS Q8 Performance continues to feature a 4-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine, which produces a whopping 640PS and 850Nm of peak torque, enabling the SUV to sprint from 0 to 100 kmph in just 3.5 seconds, making it 0.2 seconds faster than its previous version. It has a top speed of 250 kmph, which can be increased to 305 kmph with the optional Dynamic Package Plus.

The Audi RS Q8 has no direct rival in the country. However, it can be seen as an affordable alternative to the Aston Martin DBX and Lamborghini Urus.
