2025 TVS Apache RTR 200 4V Lauched At Rs 1.54 Lakh

TVS Motor Company has launched the 2025 Apache RTR 200 in India, featuring an OBD-2B-compliant engine, along with a few new features and cosmetic updates. The brand has priced it at Rs 1,53,990 (ex-showroom), making it Rs 5370 more expensive than before.

2025 TVS Apache RTR 200 4V โ€“ Whatโ€™s New?

  • To freshen things up, the Apache RTR 200 4V gets new red-coloured alloy wheels and refreshed graphics. It will be available in three colour options โ€“ Glossy Black, Matte Black, and Granite Grey.
  • It features a new 37mm Upside Down (USD) front suspension for superior control and sharper cornering capability.
  • The bike also receives a hydroformed handlebar, which is lightweight and features stronger structures compared to traditional welding or bending, ensuring better handling and stability in all riding conditions.
  • Lastly, the updated motorcycle complies with the latest emission regulations. It continues to be powered by a 197.75cc, single-cylinder, air-oil-cooled engine that makes 20.8PS at 9,000 rpm and 17.25 Nm of peak torque at 7250 rpm. This motor comes paired with a 5-speed gearbox, with a slipper clutch and adjustable levers for reduced clutch effort. The former also prevents wheel locking during aggressive downshifting.

Aside from these changes, the bike remains unchanged. It retails amenities like dual-channel ABS, LED lighting system, a fully digital riderโ€™s display with TVSโ€™s SmartXonnect with Bluetooth, split seat, and three riding modes โ€” Sport, Urban, and Rain.

In the 200cc naked sports segment, the Apache RTR 200 4V locks horns with the Bajaj Pulsar NS200 and Honda Hornet 2.0.
