2025 Skoda Kodiaq Variants Explained – Sportline and L&K

The new 2025 Skoda Kodiaq has recently been launched in India, with prices starting from Rs 46.89 lakh (ex-showroom). The upgraded flagship SUV features a refreshed design, new features, and revised engine tuning. The brand offers it in two variants: Sportline and L&K (Laurin & Klement). Here’s a look at what each variant has to offer: –

  • Exterior: LED headlights with cornering and welcome function, LED taillights with welcome effect, 18-inch alloy wheels, and roof rails.
  • Interior: Suede upholstery, panoramic sunroof, dual gloveboxes, umbrella door-panel, waste bin, and bag hooks in boot.
  • Comfort & Convenience: Heated ORVMs with memory function, power adjustable front sport seats with memory function, front and rear power windows, four 45W USB-C charging ports, a 3-zone climate control, front seat thigh support extender, 2-wireless phone chargers with ventilation, auto-dimming IRVM, rear window sunshades, sliding & reclining second row seats, rear-centre armrest with cupholders in 2nd row, smart Dials, display cleaner, paddle shifter, keyless entry and cruise control.

  • Exterior: 18-inch alloy wheels with aero inserts and light bar in the grille.
  • Interior: Leather upholstery, 2-spoke leather finished steering wheel, and double-sided carpet in boot.
  • Comfort & Convenience: Six drive modes and power adjustable front sport seats with massage, ventilation, heating and memory function.
  • Safety: Advanced Driver attention and drowsiness monitor, pre-crash proactive passenger protection system, hill start assist, hill descent control,, 360-degree camera and auto-park assist.

Skoda Kodiaq: Engine and Mileage

Underneath the hood, the new Skoda Kodiaq comes with a 2-litre turbocharged petrol engine, paired with an all-wheel drive system and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. It has been retuned to make 204PS of max power. That’s 14PS more than the previous model. However, at 320Nm, the torque output remains unchanged.
