2025 Honda Shine 100 Launched: Hereโ€™s Everything You Need To Know

Honda Motorcycles and Scooter India has launched the updated Shine 100 at Rs 68,767 (ex-showroom). At this price point, it is Rs 1,867 more expensive than before.

2025 Honda Shine 100 โ€“ Whatโ€™s New?

  • The 2025 Honda Shine 100 is now OBD-2B compliant, boosting its long-term eco-friendliness. This update improves the scooterโ€™s sensor capabilities that monitor fuel quality, fuel-air ratio, throttle response and engine temperature, sending real-time data to the ECU for precise emission control.
  • The updated Honda Shine 100 now also gets refreshed graphics, along with an updated colour palette that comprises five colours: Black with Orange (new), Black with Gray, Black with Green, Black with Red, and Black with Blue.

Powertrain, Underpinnings and Dimensions

  • Powering the Honda Shine 100 is a 98.98cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that makes 7.3PS and 8.04Nm. It is paired with a 4-speed gearbox.
  • The underpinnings of the bike comprise a telescopic fork, twin shock absorbers and 17-inch alloy wheels with tubed tyres.
  • Braking is taken care of by a 130mm front and a 110mm rear drum, with a Combined Braking System.
  • The bike has a ground clearance of 168mm, a kerb weight of 99kg, a seat height of 786mm and a fuel tank capacity of 9 litres.
