The Hyundai Alcazar Facelift is all set to be launched on September 9, 2024, and ahead of that, the Korean carmaker has revealed the upgraded family SUV through official images. Hyundai has also started accepting its bookings for a token amount of Rs 25,000.
Bolder Appearance
The 2024 Hyundai Alcazar facelift exhibits a more mighty and fierce appearance than the pre-facelift model launched in 2021. The SUV’s front has undergone a complete update, featuring a new Creta-like rectangular grille, with unique H-shaped DRLs connected by an LED strip. The grille and the bumper are also new, with the former flanked by the main headlamp setup. One can also notice the radar for ADAS features, placed lower on the bumper.
The sides of the new model are adorned with redesigned 18-inch machine-cut alloy wheels. At the rear are the new silver finished bumper and revised taillights that sport an H-shaped pattern similar to DRLs, connected by an LED light bar.
Hyundai will offer the new Alcazar in nine colours, including the new Robust Emerald Matte finish.

Powertrain Options
Hyundai has confirmed that the new Alcazar will be offered with the existing 160PS 1.5-litre turbo-petrol and 116PS 1.5-litre diesel engines, with their respective manual and automatic gearbox options. For reference, the gasoline mill offers a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, while the oil burner can be had with a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. A 6-speed manual gearbox is standard for both engines.
More Details To Be Announced Soon
Details regarding its interior design and features are yet to be announced. However, we expect the 2024 Alcazar to feature a Creta-like dashboard layout, albeit in a different colour scheme. The three-row SUV will also borrow new features from the 2024 Creta.
