2024 Isuzu V-Cross – What To Expect?

The 2024 Isuzu V-Cross is poised to undergo substantial updates both externally and within the cabin.

  • Starting with the exterior, this upgraded lifestyle pickup from the Japanese carmaker will flaunt revamped front and rear bumpers with new skid plates, chrome finish surround for the fog lamps, upgraded bodyside cladding, silver roof rails and new gunmetal finish for the alloy wheels. It could also sport a revised front grille.
  • Inside, the refreshed V-Cross will feature a dual-tone black and silver theme and new brown and black leather upholstery.
  • Amenities like touchscreen infotainment with Apple Carplay and Android Auto, smart keyless entry with push-button start, powered driver’s seat, idle start/stop system, cruise control, rotary AC control, six airbags, ESC, traction control, hill assist, ISOFIX anchors, etc., will continue to be offered.
  • Underneath the hood, the V-Cross is expected to retain the ongoing 1.9-litre, 4-cylinder, turbocharged diesel engine that makes 163PS of max power and 360Nm of peak torque. Transmission options include 6-speed manual and torque converter automatic units. It is available with both 2WD and shift-on-fly 4WD systems.
  • Expect the upgraded V-Cross to command a substantial price premium over its ongoing model, which retails between Rs 22.07 – 27 lakh (ex-showroom).

In the Indian market, the Isuzu V-Cross can be seen as an affordable alternative to the Toyota Hilux, which retails from Rs 30.40 lakh to Rs 37.9 lakh (ex-showroom).
