Ola S1 X+ Being Offered With Rs 20,000 Discount Till Dec 31

Ola Electric has announced a limited-run discount of Rs 20,000 on its S1 X+, bringing the effective price down to Rs 89,999 (ex-showroom). The discount is available till 31st December 2023.

For those who aren’t aware, the Ola S1 X+ comes with a 3kW battery pack, claiming 125 kilometres of range in Eco mode and 100 kilometres in Normal mode. It is powered by a 6kW hub-mounted electric motor, allowing the e-scooters to do the 0-40kmph sprint in just 3.3 seconds before achieving a top speed of 90 kmph. It takes around 7.4 hours for a full charge at home.

Design-wise, the new Ola S1 X+ maintains a resemblance to the S1 Air. However, it features a greater amount of unpainted black plastics than the S1 Air. Regarding features, the EV gets the following features: –

  • LED headlamp with DRLs
  • Digital key support
  • 5-inch LCD rider’s display (non-touchscreen) with Bluetooth connectivity
  • Side stand alert
  • OTA updates support
  • Remote boot unlock
  • Cruise control
  • Reverse assist
  • Three riding modes (Eco, Normal and Sport)

The underpinnings of the S1 X+ comprise steel wheels and drum brakes at both ends with a Combined Braking System (CBS). Suspension duties are handled by a telescopic fork up front and dual shock absorbers mounted to a double-sided swingarm at the rear.
