2023 Hero XPulse 200 4V – What’s New?

  • The XPulse 200 4V now boasts an upgraded 199.5cc air-cooled engine that complies with OBD 2 and E20 norms. Although the power output remains unchanged at 19.1PS and 17.35Nm, the peak power is now available at 500rpm earlier in the rev range, delivering a more thrilling ride.
  • Hero has also introduced three ABS-based riding modes: Road, Off-road and Rally. However, it still misses out on the dual-channel Antilock Braking System (ABS).
  • In Road mode, the ABS will work with full intervention. Switch to Off-road mode for reduced ABS intervention on gravel and sandy terrain. Finally, the Rally mode unleashes the thrill by potentially disabling ABS intervention entirely.
  • The entry-level adventure bike also receives a new LED projector headlamp with H-shaped LED DRLs for better illumination.
  • The front visor is now taller by 60mm to provide slightly better wind buffeting for a smoother journey.
  • The USB charging socket has been relocated closer to the console, ensuring easier access.
  • The switchgear has also been revamped, providing a refreshed and improved user experience.
  • Hero has also redesigned the knuckle guards for better protection.
  • With the footpegs positioned 35mm lower and 8mm rear set, the riding position has also been improved for more comfort and better control.
