For those who aren’t aware, the Tata Tiago EV comes in two battery pack options: 19.2kWh and 24kWh. Powered by a 61PS electric motor with a peak torque output of 105Nm, the former claims a range of 250km on a single charge, whereas the bigger battery pack variant gets a 75PS/114Nm electric motor and offers a range of 315km. The electric hatch also gets two drive modes (City & Sport) and four-level regenerative braking.

Tata has offered the Tiago EV in four broad trims: XE, XT, XZ+, and XZ+ Tech LUX, out of which the entry-level XE variant only comes with the smaller battery pack, whereas the range-topping XZ+ and XZ+ Tech LUX variants get the bigger battery pack. The mid-spec XT is the only variant that comes with both battery pack options. Here’s a guide that will help you in picking the correct variant.

Speaking of the prices, the Tata Tiago EV ranges between Rs 8.49 lakh to Rs 11.79 lakh (introductory ex-showroom Delhi). These prices will be applicable to the first 10,000 customers only. And out of these 10,000 units, 2,000 shall be reserved for the existing Tata EV customers.
