Mahindra Born EVs To Get Personalised Comfort Features; Unveil On August 15

When India will celebrate its 75th Independence day on 15th August 2022, Mahindra will make a tryst with destiny by unveiling five different EVs in the United Kingdom (UK) under its Mahindra Born Electric Vision (BEV) program. But ahead of that, the homegrown carmaker has yet again teased the upcoming electric SUVs, revealing some interesting details about them.

Born Electric Vision || Energise your senses || World Premiere 15th August

The teaser shows the user interface of the infotainment system that looks somewhat similar to Mahindra XUV700’s AdronoX UI. It also hints toward its fast charging capabilities.

The teaser also shows a personalized menu for seats to ensure the utmost comfort & convenience of the passengers. It includes electrically seat adjustment, climate control, music preferences, and ambient mood lighting. It also implies that the upcoming Mahindra EVs will feature memory functions for seats, a multi-zone climate control system, and multi-color ambient lighting.

Going by the previous teasers, all the five BEVs will belong to a different segment: compact crossover, mid-size SUV, sporty mid-size SUV, large SUV with a sloping roofline, and a coupe SUV. All will be designed by Mahindra’s UK-based MADE (Mahindra Advance Design Europe) division and are likely to flaunt a new design philosophy. They are likely to borrow MEB electric components from Volkswagen, such as electric motors, battery system components, and battery cells.
