For those who aren’t aware, the 2022 Mahindra Scorpio N will be available in five broad trims: Z2, Z4, Z6, Z8, and Z8 L. The brand has already revealed the prices of the manual variants of the Scorpio N, while the asking rates of the automatic and 4WD variants will be announced on 21st July. However, it is worth noting that these prices will be applicable only for the first 25,000 bookings.

Speaking of the mechanicals, the new Mahindra Scorpio N gets two engines options: a 2.0-liter turbo-petrol and 2.2-liter diesel, with a choice of 6-speed manual and 6-speed torque converter automatic transmissions. While the rear-wheel-drivetrain (RWD) is standard, the four-wheel-drivetrain (4WD) is reserved for diesel variants.

Since the Scorpio N is a body-on-frame SUV, it doesn’t have any direct rival in the Indian market. However, it can be seen as an alternative to the Hyundai Alcazar, Tata Safari, MG Hector Plus, and Toyota Innova Crysta.
