Kia Carnival Premium Variant Axed; Prices Up By Rs 50,000

  • Kia Carnival’s Premium 7-seater variant has been discontinued.
  • Prices are now up by Rs 50,000.
  • It now ranges between Rs 29.99 lakh to Rs 34.99 lakh (ex-showroom).

Back in January 2022, Kia India discontinued Carnival’s base-spec Premium 8-seater and the mid-spec Prestige 9-seater variants. And now, the Korean carmaker has axed the Premium 7-seater trim from its lineup as well. With this, Kia has also revised the asking price of all the remaining variants of the Carnival luxury MPV by Rs 50,000.

Kia Carnival Price List

Apart from the variant rejig and price hike, the MPV remains unchanged. Kia continues to offer the Carnival with a sole 200PS/440Nm 2.2-liter CRDI diesel engine, paired with an 8-speed torque converter automatic transmission that propels the front wheels of the car. It is claimed to offer a fuel economy of 13.9kmpl.
