Kawasaki Ninja 650 Gets A New Body Color For 2021

After hiking the prices of its select offerings a few days ago, Kawasaki has now launched a new color option for the Ninja 650 in India called Robotic Pearl White. With this, customers now have two color variants to choose from, including the existing Lime Green color. Deliveries of this new color variant will commence from the beginning of September.

The new body shade certainly brings a level of freshness to the Ninja 650. It covers the racing machine in grey and white paint. And in authentic Kawasaki style, it gets green inserts on the fairings, fuel tank, and alloy wheels. Pricing of Kawasaki Ninja 650 remains unchanged at Rs 6,61,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Apart from the introduction of a new color, no other changes have been made to the racing machine. It will continue to utilize the same tried-and-tested 649cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin motor, putting out 68PS and 65Nm. This engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox, aided by a slip-&-assist clutch.

Since the motorcycle was updated last year, Kawasaki hasn't made any revisions to its features list this time. That said, the 2021 Kawasaki Ninja 650 retains features like twin-LED headlamps, Dunlop Sportmax Roadsport 2 tires, 4.3-inch colored TFT instrument cluster with the smartphone connectivity that debuted with the BS6 model. It would have been better if Kawasaki had offered LED indicators this time around.

Besides, there is good news for customers looking to save a few bucks on the purchase of a new Kawasaki motorcycle. The brand is providing benefits of up to Rs 40,000 on its select offerings this month, with the Ninja 650 is being offered with total savings worth Rs 15,000.
