2021 Isuzu mu-X Official Accessories Details

Japanese automaker Isuzu has launched the BS6-compliant mu-X flagship offering earlier this month. Available in two variants (4×2 and 4×4), the SUV retails from Rs 33.23 lakh to Rs 35.19 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). We have already discussed its technical specs & features and compared them with the other cars of the segment. Now, we have a list of all the accessories that Isuzu is offering with the new mu-X, out of which some are functional while most are aesthetic.

2021 Isuzu muX Official Accessories

Starting off with the cosmetic ones, the 2021 Isuzu mu-X can be had with various chrome garnishing for headlamps, taillamps, fog lamps, door handles, tailgate, and rear bumper. There are also reverse parking sensors and an organizer box for added practicality, as well as an illuminated rocker plate, door visor, and muffler cutter for more premium appeal.

Additionally, Isuzu is also offering some protective accessories like an engine hood protector, and tonneau cover. However, the mu-X lacks any pre-set accessory packs and interior customization options. To know more about them in detail, you can contact your nearest Isuzu dealership.

For those who aren’t aware, the Isuzu mu-X is a 7-seater full-sized SUV, positioned against the Toyota Fortuner, Ford Endeavour, MG Gloster, and Mahindra Alturas G4 in the Indian market. Compared to its BS4 model, the updated mu-X has experienced a price hike of up to Rs 5.88 lakh. For this price premium, it only gets a new BS6-compliant 1.9-liter DDi turbocharged diesel engine (160PS/320Nm) and a new Nautilus Blue exterior shade. Besides, no other changes have been made to the SUV.

The notable features of the BS6 Isuzu mu-X include bi-LED projector headlamps with integrated LED DRLs, 18-inch alloy wheels with muscular wheel arches, auto climate control with individual vents & blower control for rear seats, a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, “Live Surround Sound” roof-mounted sound system with 8 speakers, one-touch split/fold function for 2nd & 3rd-row seats, 6-way powered driver’s seat, multifunction steering wheel, cruise control, Passive Entry & Starts System (PESS), 6-airbags, ESC, hill descent control, park assist with rear-view camera, traction control, and many more. 

In terms of exterior shades, it is available in a total of six color options: Spinal Mica, Silky White, Pearl Galena, Grey Black Mica, Silver Metallic, and a new Nautilus Blue.
