TVS Apache RR 310 To Get Another Update On April 7

It is appreciable when a brand constantly works on its products and makes them prominently better with each update. Following a similar path, TVS Motor Company is going to give its flagship bike, the Apache RR 310 yet another update that will break cover on 7th April 2021. However, the brand hasn't shared anything about the updated Apache 310 except for its launch date.

In our opinion, the 2021 Apache RR 310 could get preload adjustability for the front USD fork, like what we have recently seen with the Apache RTR 200 4V. Though it seems a small update, it could be very beneficial considering the racing characteristics of the bike.

The Apache RR 310 will continue to be powered by the same 313cc single-cylinder engine that pushes out 34PS and 27.3Nm. Though it is not official, the brand could also retune the motor to churn out more power and torque, as it did with the Apache RTR 200 4V and Apache RTR 160 4V. TVS could also fine-tune the Urban and Rain riding modes with more precise engine mapping.

Another update could be in the form of new tires due to the government's restriction imposed on imported tires in India. In all likelihood, it could get the TVS Eurogrip ProTorq Extreme Tyres. We don’t expect any change in its design. However, it could get a new paint job. It will also retain its current features list that mainly includes Glide Through Technology PLUS (GTTP), hazard lamp, multiple riding modes, and a full-color TFT screen that comes with gear shift assist indicator, turn-by-turn navigation, vehicle health information, post-ride analytics, vehicle status, calls accept/reject function, and many more.

Considering the presumed changes, the price of this TVS flagship motorcycle is expected to receive a bump by a decent margin. As of now, it is priced at Rs 2.49 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
