Reason of recall

According to the brand, they have identified different material grade usage in the countershaft of the 4th gear of the transmission. This material might cause a defect upon extensive running or usage of the motorcycle. Honda also stated that there is no cause of any failure till date, but the brand has decided to change the part as a precautionary measure.

It is important to note that the recall process will begin from the 23rd of March 2021, with Honda informing customers directly via call, e-mail and/or SMS to bring the affected bike to the nearest BigWing service centre. The affected part will be replaced free of cost. Owners of the H'Ness CB350 can also verify if their motorcycle is affected and is a part of this recall. For this, buyers will need to submit their VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) on the 'Recall Campaign' section of the brand's BigWing website.
