As the above table indicates, the price hike isn't substantial enough to urge you to change your buying decision. All the bikes except for the popular Suzuki Gixxer SF have received a price jump of around Rs 186, which is quite negligible.

The price of Gixxer SF 150 has undergone a notable change of around Rs 1,200. In the fully-faired bike segment, it competes against the likes of Yamaha R15 and the Her Xtreme 200s. Bajaj Pulsar 220F and TVS Apache 200 4V can also be considered its alternatives.

The Gixxer 150, on the other hand, goes up against the Bajaj Pulsar NS160, Yamaha FZ-S V3, Apache RTR 160 4V, and Hero Xtreme 160R. Talking about their 250cc counterparts, the Gixxer 250 naked streetfighter rivals the Yamaha FZ 25, and the Bajaj Dominar 250, whereas its fully-faired version doesn't have any direct rival. However, Bajaj Pulsar RS200 can be considered its closest competitor.

The Suzuki Intruder mainly rivals the Bajaj Avenger 160 Street, but it is approximately Rs 20,000 more affordable than the Intruder.

Note: It is important to note that there are no mechanical or aesthetic changes have been made to any of the models apart from the price revision.
