2026 Honda City Facelift – What’s New?
Refreshed Design
- With the facelift update, the new Honda City boasts a host of cosmetic changes, giving the sedan a more assertive character.
- To start with, the upgraded City features a new, wider & more prominent grille with a honeycomb pattern, flanked by sleek LED projector headlamps that have been given a smoked effect.
- Above the grille are new connected LED DRLs, covering the width of the sedan.
- The front bumper is now more angular, featuring larger air intakes and inward-facing triangular fog lamp housings on both sides, providing it a sporty appearance.

- Things remain largely unchanged on the sides, except for the new dual-tone machine-cut 16-inch alloy wheels, which look very sporty.
- The rear design of the facelifted City also resembles that of the previous model; however, it features fresh elements for LED tail lamps, along with smoked effect, and a new bumper design with diffuser-like elements.
New Colour Option
Honda has introduced a new Crystal Back colour scheme for the City, which is available alongside the existing Radiant Red, Obsidian Blue, Platinum White, Cognac Silver and Meteoroid Grey colour options.

Interior and New Features
- While the overall dashboard design remains identical to the outgoing model, it now features a larger 10.25-inch free-standing touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support.
- Additionally, the new Honda City now also gets front seat ventilation, multi-colour ambient lighting and a 360-degree camera.
Other Feature Onboard
- Apart from these new additions, the 2026 Honda City and City Hybrid continue to get amenities like a semi-digital driver’s display, an 8-speaker sound system, an electric sunroof, rain-sensing wipers, wireless phone charging, push-button start/stop, auto-dimming IRVM, six airbags, electronic stability control, tyre pressure monitor, hill-start assist, and Honda’s suite of level-2 ADAS features, including lane watch, collision mitigation, and adaptive cruise control.
