2024 Mahindra XUV400 To Get Floating Infotainment; Interior Spied

It’s well known that the Mahindra XUV300 and its electric iteration, the XUV400, are due for an update. The EV is expected to be revealed later this month, while the ICE version could make its debut next month. But ahead of their arrivals, the 2024 XUV400 has been spotted again, showcasing its new interior and features.

2024 Mahindra XUV400 – Revamped Interior, New Features

The dashboard of the new Mahindra XUV400 has undergone notable revisions. It features an updated centre console with a large floating touchscreen infotainment system (probably 10.25 inches), repositioned and restyled central air-con vents, and a new AC control panel. The SUV now also features a fully digital instrument cluster.

We expect the forthcoming Mahindra XUV300 facelift could also adopt these interior changes. Anticipate the ICE version to also feature electronic parking brakes and ventilated front seats for added convenience.

Powertrain

We don’t expect any changes underneath the hood of the XUV400. It should continue with the existing 150PS/310Nm electric motor and two battery pack options – 34.5kWh and 39.4KWh, offering a claimed range of 375 km and 456 km, respectively.

Anticipated To Trigger A Price Surge

Going by all these changes, the 2024 Mahindra XUV400 could command a significant price premium over the existing model, which ranges between Rs 15.99 lakh and Rs 19.39 lakh (ex-showroom). Once launched, it will continue to face competition from the Tata Nexon.ev.
