Hyundai has announced the launch of the first mid-life facelift update for its Alcazar mid-size SUV on September 9, 2024. This will bring some significant design tweaks both outside and inside, along with a few new features.

Here’s what you can expect from the 2024 Hyundai Alcazar Facelift: –

2024 Hyundai Alcazar Facelift

  • Going by the previous spy shots, the facelifted Alcazar is expected to receive a new front facia, incorporating a new grille design, reworked bumper and split LED headlamps with connected DRLs.
  • From the sides, the 2024 Alcazar will remain largely unchanged save for the newly designed alloy wheels.
  • Towards the rear, this family SUV is likely to receive vertically stacked connected LED tail lights and a new bumper with a faux skid plate.

2024 Hyundai Creta interior and features
  • Inside, the Alcazar facelift could borrow the new dashboard design from the ongoing Creta, albeit in a different colour scheme. This means that the Alcazar will receive dual-connected displays, one for the infotainment and the other for the digital cluster. Other notable additions could include dual-zone AC, ambient lighting and a Level-2 ADAS suite.
  • We do not expect any changes underneath the hood. It will continue to get the ongoing 160PS 1.5-litre turbo-petrol and 116PS 1.5-litre diesel engine. While a 6-speed manual gearbox is standard for the Alcazar, its gasoline variants can also be had with the 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission (DCT), while the diesel mill gets the convenience of an optional 6-speed torque converter automatic unit.
