2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza Variant Details, Color Options and Specifications Leaked

Maruti Suzuki is all set to launch the new-gen Brezza on 30th June 2022. Official bookings for the upgraded urban SUV are already underway online as well as at dealerships. And now, its variant, color options and specification details have been revealed by a leaked type approval document. Here are the details: –

  • Variants: – As per the doc, the 2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza will be available in six variants: LXI, VXI, VXI (O), ZXI, ZXI (O), and ZXI+. Except for the base spec LXI variant, all the other variants will be available with both manual and automatic transmission options.
  • Specs: As we already know, the new Brezza will borrow Ertiga’s 103PS K15C DualJet DualVVT petrol engine, mated to a 48V mild-hybrid SHVS system that can provide a boost of 3PS. This new powertrain is claimed to offer improved performance, better fuel efficiency, and lower NVH levels. Transmission options will include a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic unit.
  • Dimensions: The size of the SUV will remain unchanged. It will continue to measure 3995mm long, 1790mm wide and 1685mm tall, and will possess a wheelbase of 2500mm. 
  • Color Options: – Maruti is likely to offer the new Brezza in six monotones and three dual-tone paint options. These include Pearl Arctic White, Splendid Silver, Magma Grey, Sizzling Red, Exuberant Blue, Brave Khaki, Sizzling Red with Black, Splendid Silver with Black, and White with Brave Khaki.
  • Features: – Revealed by tons of spy images and teasers, the 2022 Maruti Brezza will get a host of new features such as a single-pane electric sunroof with tilt function, a 9-inch SmartPlay Pro+ touchscreen infotainment system with Suzuki Connect and remote operations, Arkamys audio system, ambient lighting, wireless smartphone charger, paddle shifters, rear AC vents, a heads-up display, up to 6 airbags, Electronic Stability Control with Roll-over Mitigation (standard), Hill Hold Assist (standard), and 360-degree surround view system.
