TVS Motor Company is now all set to launch the updated Apache RR 310 on August 30. Earlier, the launch was scheduled in April, but those plans had to be suspended due to the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.
While the brand hasn't revealed anything about the updated TVS flagship motorcycle, it is likely to get some minor changes that will enhance the overall riding experience. We believe the 2021 TVS Apache RR 310 could get preload adjustability for the front USD fork, like what we have recently seen with the Apache RTR 200 4V. Though it seems a small update, it could be very advantageous considering the racing characteristics of the bike. Besides, span-adjustable gear & clutch levers and locally sourced tires (due to the government's restriction imposed on imported tires) could also be part of the package. In all likelihood, it could get the TVS Eurogrip ProTorq Extreme Tyres instead of the ongoing Michelin Road 5 tires.
The Apache RR 310 will continue to be powered by the ongoing 313cc single-cylinder motor that churns out 34PS and 27.3Nm. However, the brand could also retune the motor for extra power and torque as well as improved refinement. Last but not least, it might also get a new paint scheme for visual distinction.
Considering all these presumed changes, the 2021 TVS Apache RR 310 could get a significant price hike over the current model, which retails at Rs 2.54 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
