Tata Motors is all set to launch the new Safari in February 2021. It will be available in six variants: XE, XM, XT, XT+, XZ, and XZ+. While the launch is still a few weeks away, the homegrown maker has revealed the variant-wise feature details of the upcoming 7-seater mid-sized flagship SUV. Here's take a look: –

The base-spec XE trim will only be available in the Orcus White shade.

3. Seating Configurations
The 2021 Tata Safari will be offered with both a 6-seater and 7-seater layout. The 6-seater configuration will come with two captain seats in the middle row while the latter will offer a bench seat.

Pre-launch bookings for the Tata Safari will start from 4th February, followed by its launch later in the same month. Its prices are expected to start around Rs 15 lakh (ex-showroom). It will take on the likes of MG Hector Plus, Mahindra XUV500, and the upcoming 7-seater Hyundai Creta.
