2021 Bajaj Dominar 400 With Touring Accessories Launched At Rs 2.17 Lakh

Bajaj Dominar 400 is a decently popular tourer among buyers thanks to its comfortable ergonomics and a mighty highway-capable motor. Now to make it more advantageous for long hauls, the homegrown bikemaker has launched a new variant of the Dominar 400 with factory-fitted touring accessories at Rs 2,16,648 (ex-showroom). At this price point, it is nearly Rs 4,500 more expensive than the standard variant (Rs 2,12,155).

Bajaj Dominar 400 accessory list

Bajaj has equipped the new variant of the Dominar with a tall windscreen for greater wind protection and a USB charging port along with a navigation stay that will be quite beneficial, especially if you use your smartphone/navigation device during riding for music and navigation. Moreover, it also gets a pillion backrest in addition to a luggage carrier and saddle stay (optional) for added convenience. Besides, there is also a new set of knuckle guards, an engine bash plate with an integrated metal skid plate, and a new leg guard to ensure greater protection.

Mechanically, the bike remains unchanged. That said, it continues to use the ongoing 373.2cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine (40PS/35Nm), mated to a 6-speed gearbox via a slipper clutch. The hardware, too, remains unaltered, consisting of 43mm upside-down front forks and preload-adjustable rear mono-shock. Anchorage is provided by 320mm & 230mm disc brakes assisted by dual-channel ABS. The other notable bits of the bike include LED headlight & turn indicators, double-barrel exhaust, and a fully digital instrument cluster with a twin-display setup.

The Bajaj Dominar 400 is available in two color choices – Aurora Green and Charcoal Black.
