2020 Kia Sonet Expected Price: Will it be more affordable than the Hyundai Venue & Maruti Vitara Brezza?

Kia Motors has started taking advance bookings of its upcoming Sonet sub-4m SUV. It is expected to be launched in September 2020. This new offering from Korean makers seems really promising with an excellent set of features and a wide range of powertrain options. And this eventually raises the question about its pricing which is a very crucial factor.

Well, before stepping into the pricing slab, here have a quick glance at its engine options and their specifications:-

2020 Kia Sonet: Expected Price

Like the Kia Seltos, the Sonet too will be available in two variants: HT line & GT-Line. Though, the company hasn't shared its sub-variants. We’re expecting them to be the same as their elder sibling.

Author's Take

Kia Sonet's first impression has overwhelmed us with its feature-rich package. It is establishing a new benchmark for the sub-compact SUV segment. But in the end, pricing is the main conclusive factor that has the ability to turn the game in its favor or against. However, we expect its pricing to be between Rs 6.9 lakh to Rs 12.5 lakh. If it manages to be in this range, it can nail the deal.
