Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Spied Again, More Details Revealed

The Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 has been long tested for India and various other international markets and we now have its clear spy shots in which you can see its side profile in its entirety this time. These latest spy images reveal some significant differences compared to its ongoing 411cc model.

For starters, a liquid-cooled motor will be used in the upcoming Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, boosting its capabilities to new heights. Keen eyes could also notice its double-cradle frame with a bolt-on subframe, suspended on a long-travel USD front fork and a swingarm-mounted rear monoshock. The new chassis should be lighter and more responsive than the current model. We also assume the brand to offer a new 6-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch.

Design of the new Himalayan 450 has also been tweaked when compared to its existing model. That said, it gets a new fuel tank, Scram 411-borrowed semi-digital instrument cluster, and revised braces. Besides, it continues to retain bits like a round headlamp with a short windscreen, spoked wheels, and a front crash guard.

Expect Royal Enfield to launch the new Himalayan 450 by the end of this year or in early 2023. Once launched, the upgraded ADV will lock horns with the likes of KTM 390 Adventure and the BMW G 310 GS.
