Ola Electric To Roll Out MoveOS 3 OTA Update By Diwali 2022

Earlier we reported that Ola Electric is set to introduce another software update (MoveOS 3) for the S1 range of electric scooters by Diwali this year. And the brand has again confirmed the same during the announcement of the Mission Electric 2022. However, the exact date of the MoveOS 3 rollout is yet to be revealed.

With this OTA update, the Ola electric scooters will get all the remaining features that were promised at the time of their launch, along with several other additions. These include hill hold assist, digital key sharing, proximity lock/unlock, hyper charging, call assist and a voice assist. The MoveOS 3 over-the-air (OTA) updates will also bring multilevel regenerative braking, faux engine sounds, onboard document storage, multiple themes for the instrument cluster, and probably a new riding mode. However, it is worth noting that some of these features will be exclusive to the long-range S1 Pro model.
