Aftersales and Parts Support Will Continue To Be Offered By Chevrolet In India

Back in 2017, General Motors withdrew its Chevrolet brand in India; however, its service centers remained active. And now the American carmaker has put out a reminder for those still using Chevrolet cars in India that it will continue to offer customer support in the form of parts availability and aftersales services through its 170 customer touchpoints across the country. Buyers can also purchase genuine Chevrolet spare parts over the counter at these locations.

General Motors has also announced to expand their aftersales presence in India with ACDelco and will provide parts including batteries, lube, and spare parts for all vehicle makes.

The carmaker is also driving the Cruze Takata airbag safety recall campaign. Customers can check for any recall on their website and get their vehicles inspected free of charge at the nearest Chevrolet Authorized Service Centre. Chevrolet is also running a customer service center for its customers in India where you can e-mail the brand at gmi.cac@gm.com or call 18002088080.

Commenting on their service operation in India, William Henrie, General Motors International Operations Aftersales Director, said: – “It is immensely gratifying to see the team in India remain focused on our important aftersales customers as they continue to deliver on the needs of vibrant parts and service operation”.
