Maruti Suzuki Launched AI-Based Virtual Car Assistant For Customers Queries

Maruti Suzuki has launched an industry-first AI (Artificial Intelligence) based virtual car assistant for its Nexa customers called “S-Assist”. It can be accessed through the “Maruti Suzuki Rewards” mobile app available on both iOS and Android devices.

S-Assist: Your Virtual Car Assistant | One Stop Solution for All Car Queries

This 24×7 virtual assistant will come with scan, text, and voice-enabled search features. You can either type/speak your query into the chat feature or upload an image of any vehicle's part, and the app will give you the relevant information. Additionally, information about the vehicle can also be accessed through digital literature including tutorial videos and vehicle's manual. It also provides workshop assistance in case of complicated issues and helps you to navigate to your nearest authorized service station.

The S-Assist is available free of cost to Maruti Suzuki NEXA customers. It is also likely to be introduced for Arena cars in the near future.
