The subscription-based ownership service allows the customers to opt from select Maruti models (WagonR, Swift, Dzire, Vitara Brezza, Ertiga, Ignis, Baleno, Ciaz, S-Cross, and XL6) for versatile tenure (from 12 months to a maximum of 48 months) options at a fixed monthly charge. This monthly fee also includes registration charges, insurance, maintenance, 24×7 roadside assistance, and other general services correlated to vehicle usage. However, the brand won't be responsible for the running cost of the vehicle.
It is also essential to note that the subscription charges may vary depending on several parameters like location, variant, subscription period, annual usage, and registration type. Maruti has so far tied up with ORIX Auto, ALD Automotive, and Myles Automotive for this service.

For those who aren't aware, Maruti provides the customers with an added option of choosing between a white plate (registered in the name of the customer) or a black registration plate (registered in the name of subscription partner), thus offering further flexibility to the car ownership experience. In the case of the black registration plate, additional charges will be applicable on crossing state borders and certain designated zones. Here's a look at the tenure options: –
Registration Plate | White Number Plate | Black Number Plate |
Subscription Tenure Options | 12, 24, 36, 48 months | 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, or 48 months |

After completing the subscription tenure, customers have the option to continue with the vehicle or they can also upgrade the model. Customers can also buy the car at market price. Visit the official Maruti website to see the model & city-wise subscription rates.
