Your Honda Elevate Can Now Be Equipped With Ventilated Seats

Ventilated seats are a boon, especially during hot weather, as they prevent excessive sweating and provide a cooling effect. However, Honda”s latest entrant in the mid-size SUV segment lacks this feature. But fret not; the Japanese carmaker has come up with a solution. Having said that, Honda is now offering ventilated seat covers as an official accessory for the Elevate, priced at Rs 6,000.

Honda Elevate Ventilated Seats/Cover
  • Unlike properly ventilated seats, this cover can be placed on the SUV’s regular seat and will draw power from the car’s 12-volt socket.
  • It has a built-in ventilation system that blows air through tiny perforations in the seat cushion and backrest that will keep the driver/passenger in a comfortable position.
  • This seat cover also offers a massage function.
  • Since it is an accessory, it can be used with any variant of the SUV.

In addition to the auxiliary ventilated seats/covers, Honda also offers a wide range of other accessories that can not only sweeten the overall appeal of the Elevate but also its practicality.

Currently, Honda retails the new Elevate SUV in four variants: SV, V, VX and ZX, priced between Rs 11 lakh to Rs 16 lakh (ex-showroom). It comes with a 1.5-litre petrol engine (121PS and 145Nm) that can be had with either a 6-speed manual or a CVT automatic transmission.

In the mid-size SUV segment, the Honda Elevate locks horns with the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Grand Vitara, Skoda Kushaq, Volkswagen Taigun, Kia Seltos, MG Astor, and Toyota Hyryder. Click here to find out how it fares against its rivals.
