2022 Yamaha MT-15 V2.0 – What to expect?

While details aren’t concrete, the new Yamaha MT-15 V2.0 is likely to get plenty of new features, along with new color options. If reports are to be believed, it will get new upside-down (USD) front forks, updated switchgear, and a Bluetooth-enabled fully-digital instrument cluster with features such as battery level indicator, last parking location, riding history, parking records, and much more. At the heart, the new Yamaha MT-15 is expected to retain its ongoing 155cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled,  VVA engine (18.5PS/13.7Nm), mated to a 6-speed transmission.

Considering all the changes, the prices of the updated MT-15 will definitely jump from its existing price range of Rs 1,46,900 to Rs 1,49,900 (ex-showroom Delhi). Once launched, it will rise as a more competitive offering against the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V and Bajaj Pulsar NS200.
