Yamaha has introduced a new Chrome colour scheme for the FZ-X motorcycle, priced at Rs 1,39,700 (ex-showroom Delhi). At this price point, it is the most expensive colour variant in the FZ-X’s lineup. What’s more interesting is that Yamaha is offering a free Casio G-Shock watch to the first 100 customers who book this bike online.

In Chrome colour trim, the Yamaha FZ-X flaunts the headlamp nacelle and fuel tank in a shiny chrome finish, complemented by golden alloys. Other than that, the motorcycle remains unchanged.
Powering the Yamaha FZ-X is an E20-compliant 149cc, air-cooled, SOHC engine that develops 12.4PS of max power and a peak torque of 13.3Nm. It comes paired with a 5-speed gearbox.

Based on a single downtube frame, the FZ-X comes equipped with a 41mm telescopic fork and a 7-step adjustable monocross suspension at the rear. Braking duties are taken care of by a 282mm front and 220mm rear disc brake, assisted by single-channel ABS.
Against the measuring tape, the FZ-X is 2020mm long with a wheelbase of 1330mm. It has a ground clearance of 165mm and a seat height of 810mm.
