Volkswagen Vento Matt Edition Launched At Special Prices

In view of the upcoming festive season, Volkswagen India has launched the Polo and Vento Matt Edition in the country. While we have already talked about the VW Polo Matt Edition, here we will only discuss the Vento Matt Edition. But before we jump into the details, here's a look at its prices: –

As the above table indicates, the Vento Matt Edition comes in two variants – Highline Automatic and Highline Plus Automatic, which are available at a discounted ex-showroom price of Rs 11.94 lakh and Rs 13.34 lakh, respectively. At these price points, these Matt edition trims are up to Rs 76,000 more affordable than their respective standard variants. That’s a sugary deal, acknowledging the factory-finished Matt Grey tone complements the sedan quite well. Besides, it also gets contrasting glossy black touches on the ORVMs, door handles, rear bumper skirt, and spoiler.

Inside, the Matt Edition flaunts the same dashboard layout and dual-tone theme as its standard model. Even the features list is also the same as their respective variants they are based on. The notable features include LED headlamps with auto-leveling function, LED DRLs, 16-inch alloy wheels, a 6.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Volkswagen Connect connectivity suite, auto climate control, rear AC vents, footwell lamps, keyless entry, cruise control, steering mounted audio controls, auto-dimming IRVM, etc. Passenger's safety is taken care of by dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, and electronic stability control.  

Volkswagen Vento TSI specifications

The Volkswagen Vento Matt Edition comes with the 1.0-liter turbocharged TSI petrol engine that produces a maximum grunt of 110PS and a peak torque of 175Nm. The motor comes mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission only.
