Ultraviolette X47 Crossover Gets More Affordable With A New Base Variant

Ultraviolette has expanded the variant lineup of the X-47 Crossover electric adventure with the launch of a new entry-level variant called “X-47” priced at Rs 2.49 lakh (ex-showroom). It is Rs 15,000 more affordable than the previous base model called Original.

Ultraviolette X-47 Variants Ex-Showroom Delhi
X-47 (NEW)Rs 2.49 lakh
Original Rs 2.64 lakh
Original PlusRs 3.09 lakh
ReconRs 3.59 lakh
Recon PlusRs 4.09 lakh
Desert WingRs 4.59 lakh

The bike is also available on a battery subscription model.

Ultraviolette X47: What Does It Offer?

Compared to the X-47 Original variant, the new base-spec X-47 trim skips UV Hypersense Radar Tech. This results in a lack of advanced rider-assistance features like rear-collision warnings, blind-spot detection, lane-change assistance, and overtake alerts.

Other than this, it retains all the other features of the Original variant, including three riding modes (Glise, Combat, Ballistic), 3-levels of regen braking, traction control, dual-channel ABS, dynamic stability control, type-C charging port, park assist, hill hold, deep sleep mode, and Wifi & Bluetooth connectivity.

In addition, buyers can also opt for optional extras like knuckle guard & bullbar, tyre pressure monitoring system, an AI assistant, dashcam module and soft panniers kit.

Ultraviolette X47: Battery, Power and Range

Despite its lower price, this motorcycle is mechanically identical to its higher variants. That said, the X-47 also comes equipped with the same 27kW electric motor, which claims a 0 to 60 kmph sprint in just 2.8 seconds before attaining a top speed of 145 kmph. It has a 7.1 kWh battery pack with a claimed IDC range of 211 km on a single charge. It can be charged using a 1.6 kW onboard charger and has features such as surge protection, earth leakage protection, and more.

Battery & Motor Warranty

Ultraviolette offers a 3-year/60,000 km warranty on its battery pack and drivetrain setup.
