  • This test was carried out with the standard 18 months and 36 months-old dummies placed in a child seat mounted on the ISOFIX mounts.
  • The child seat for the 3-year-old dummy was facing forward (FWF) and prevented excess forward movement of the head. But still, there was low protection to the neck and adequate to the chest.
  • On the other hand, the child seat for the 1.5-year-old dummy was facing rearward (RWF), and it provided ‘good’ protection to the head and chest.
