Tata Safari Pure Losses Some Features

Tata Motors has revised the features list of the Safari. As part of the update, the second from the base Pure variant loses out on features. However, a few additions have also been made. Here are the details: –

  • As per the reports, the Safari Pure variant will no longer get features like an armrest, spare wheel, roof lights for the 2nd & 3rd row, TPMS, and AC vents for the third row. Additionally, the brand has also replaced the auto-dimming IRVM with a manual day/night mirror.
  • These feature removals are offset by a few notable additions like a sharkfin antenna, a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment and a reverse parking camera.
  • At Rs. 16.99 lakh (ex-showroom), its prices remain unchanged.

While some buyers may appreciate the added tech, the removal of practical features like the armrest, TPMS, and rear AC vents could be a drawback, especially for customers prioritizing comfort and safety. These changes might be Tata’s way to control costs or shift focus toward features that align with current tech trends, though it could leave some Safari fans divided.
