Earlier, the homegrown carmaker confirmed that the Nexon EV MAX would also get electronic parking brakes with auto-hold function, Eco & Sport drive modes, multi-level regenerative braking, a new illuminated rotary gear selector with PARK mode, and redesigned alloy wheels. While it’s not official, we assume Tata to offer ventilated front seat, auto-dimming IRVM, and cruise control as well.

Powering the new Nexon EV will be a 137PS electric motor, linked with a bigger 40kWh battery pack that will likely offer a true highway range of over 300 kilometers on a single charge. It is also expected to come with improved charging capabilities.

Tata is expected to place the Nexon EV MAX above the ongoing model’s XZ Plus LUX variant, which is currently priced at Rs 17.40 lakh (ex-showroom). With a bigger battery pack, improved range, and additional features, expect the new MAX trim to be priced above Rs 18 lakh (ex-showroom).
