Revolt Motors has launched the RV400 BRZ, a new entry-level variant of the RV400 electric bike. It has been priced at Rs 1,37,950 (introductory ex-showroom), making it nearly Rs 10,000 more affordable than the RV400 trim.
What Powers The Revolt RV400 BRZ?
Powering the RV400 BRZ is the same 5kW motor mated to a 3.24kWh lithium-ion battery pack as the regular model that claims a range of up to 150 km in eco mode, 100 km in normal mode, and 80 km in sport mode. It has a top speed of 85kmph. The bike takes approximately 4.5 hours for 0 to 100 per cent and 3 hours to change from 0-75 per cent.
Underpinnings and Features
The RV400 is equipped with an aluminium sub-frame and swingarm, coupled with an inverted fork and a preload adjustable monoshock. For anchoring, the bike gets a 240mm disc brake setup, assisted by a Combined Braking System (CBS). It has a seat height of 814mm, a generous ground clearance of 215mm and a kerb weight of 108kg.
Regarding features, the electric bike packs a regenerative braking system, side stand alert, three riding modes, and a digital instrument cluster that includes a speedometer, battery level indicator and temperature guage. Unfortunately, it misses out on the smartphone connectivity support.
Revolt offers the RV400 BRZ in five colour options – Lunar Green, Pacific Blue, Dark Silver, Rebel Red and Cosmic Black.
