The Ford Endeavour SUV is all set to receive the next-generation update. While anything official is yet to come on the production-spec version, it has been spotted testing on the Australian roads where it is known as 'Ford Everest'. Although the spotted model was totally camouflaged, we can still sense the changes made underneath.

Going by the spy images, the whole design of the Ford SUV has been revised, which makes it look bolder & massive than the ongoing model. In fact, it is also reported to get a longer dash-to-front-axle ratio, probably to equip a bigger engine.
Starting from the face, the 2022 Ford Endeavour's front profile seems inspired by the Ford F-150 pickup truck, featuring an upright stance with C-shaped headlamps and horizontally stacked slat grille. It also gets a flatter hood and fleshier bumper having wider air-intake and proximity sensors. The other notable elements include a raked windshield, extended roof rail, black-finished alloy wheels, newly designed taillamps, and roof-integrated spoiler.
As for the cabin additions, we don't have any images or concrete information in hand. However, the premium SUV is likely to feature the brand’s new SYNC4 infotainment system, digital driver's display, wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto support, more features for connected car tech, and advanced driver assistance features like adaptive cruise control, autonomous braking, lane keep assist, and blind-spot detection, etc.
In the global market, the 2022 Ford Endeavour likely to get three powertrain choices – a new 3.0-litre turbocharged V6 diesel (250PS/600Nm), a 2.0-litre twin-turbo diesel (210PS/500Nm) and a new 270PS 2.3-litre turbo-petrol unit with a plug-in hybrid system. However, its India-bound model could get the 210PS 2.0-litre bi-turbo diesel in addition to the ongoing 170PS 2.0-litre diesel unit. It will continue to get 4X2 and 4X2 drivetrain options.
