JSW MG Motor India has started accepting pre-launch bookings for the upcoming Cyberster performance car and the M9 luxury MPV. For a token amount of Rs 50,000, interested customers can reserve these models at authorised MG dealerships or online through the brand’s new MG Select website.

The Cyberster is an all-electric roadster which holds the record for being the fastest MG in India, accelerating from 0 to 100 kmph in just 3.2 seconds. This is attributed to its aerodynamic design and the mighty dual-motor setup producing an impressive power output of 510PS and a peak torque of 725Nm. It draws its charge from a 77 kWh battery, offering a WLTP-claimed range of 443 kilometers. The EV has been tuned by renowned Italian F1 engineer Marco Fainello and claims to offer precise handling, dynamic performance, and a thrilling driving experience.
Coming to its design, the Cyberster features a sleek, aerodynamic Kammback silhouette with electric scissor doors. Adding to its roadster appeal is the electric soft-top roof that folds down for an open-air driving experience at the push of a button.
Inside, the MG Cyberster features a driver-centric cockpit with a wraparound layout, and a curved dual-screen setup dominates the dashboard. Regarding features, it comes kitted with premium leather upholstery, ambient lighting, heated and ventilated bucket seats, memory function for front seats, a flat-bottom multifunction steering wheel, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a premium audio system, AI-driven voice commands, and ADAS features like adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping assist.

The MG M9 is an all-electric luxury MPV designed to offer premium comfort and advanced features for both families and professionals. Measuring over 5 meters in length, the M9 features electric sliding doors for easy access, LED headlights and DRLs for enhanced visibility, and a distinctive trapezoidal mesh grille, making a powerful statement on the road. It is available with 6-seating and 7-seating configuration choices.
The brand offers it with sliding rear doors, a panoramic sunroof along with a single-pane unit, a floating infotainment with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a digital driver’s display, a display for front passengers, three-zone climate control, a 12-speaker sound system, powered front & 2nd-row seats with ventilation and eight massage modes, and rear entertainment screens.
For passengers’ safety, the M9 gets multiple airbags, electronic stability control, a 360-degree camera system with front and rear parking sensors, and a Level-2 advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) suite.
Globally, MG offers the M9 with a 90kWh battery pack paired to a front-axle mounted motor that makes 244PS/350Nm. It has a claimed range of 430 kilometers and is compatible with 120kW DC fast charging that can juice up its battery pack from 30% to 80% in 30 minutes.
Once launched, it will serve as an all-electric alternative to the Lexus LM, Kia Carnival and Toyota Vellfire.
